  4. Ship the Item(s) Back to Us: Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Your Exchange:

Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your replacement. Please allow 5 business days for the replacement to appear in your account.
